Sake born from rice grown by a family of rice farmers spanning eleven generations.

"KOME JO" is a sake created by us, a family that has been growing rice in Meiwa Town, Mie Prefecture for eleven generations, pursuing new possibilities for the rice we cultivate ourselves.

We combined the techniques of Iinuma Honke, a sake brewery in Chiba Prefecture with a 300-year history, with the rice-growing wisdom we have inherited, to produce this single bottle of sake.
